Kim
specializes in leadership and organizational development, achieving excellence
in customer service,
and in training design, delivery, and evaluation.
Kim is an adjunct
faculty member at Temple University where she teaches courses in the masters
program in Adult and Organizational Development and is an auxiliary faculty
member at Drexel University, teaching and designing courses in the masters
program in Human Resource Development. Kim has extensive experience in
training and human resource development, and has led the training and human
resources functions for a variety of non-profit, healthcare, government,
manufacturing, and hospitality organizations including Drexel University, Virtua Health, Aristocrat Technologies, MGM Mirage, the Devereux Foundation,
and Magee Rehabilitation.
She
earned her Ph.D. in 2008 in Educational Leadership with specializations in
higher education and adult
and organizational development from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
Her dissertation examined social responsibility in elite public business
schools.
