Breakthrough Weekend-Leadership Version

Experience two and one-half days of executive level development that is guaranteed to dramatically improve your leadership and management skills. Personal strategic planning, overcoming obstacles, career growth, presentation skills, executive leadership and individual strengths and challenges will all be covered. Using a combination of experience based learning and activities, leadership, teamwork and personal skills will take a quantum leap towards great success. Compare this event to those costing over $2,500! This retreat will be held exclusively at Mt. Charleston, with transportation provided from Las Vegas. Experiential learning activities will include a ropes/challenge course, hiking, and horse back riding. All lodging, meals and activities are included in the price. Participants must be in good physical condition and health. Liability and accident waivers will be executed prior to participation in this program.

Consistently and constantly setting a positive, professional and constructive tone is one of the most important traits of the winning leader. Skills in this class include ensuring visibility, being available and using the coaching language needed to produce a positive working atmosphere.  Setting and maintaining the tone in the working atmosphere is an important leadership trait. Learn the skills needed, including language and body movements to insure positive tone in the office.  Three to six program hours in any format.

Leadership Excellence-Success Skills for Leaders and Managers

Building important skills for success including time management, dealing with change and working within a changing environment, stress avoidance and working within a corporate structure.  Three to six program hours in any format.

The ability and skills associated with communicating to individuals, groups and in writing is critical for leadership success. With constant patterns of communications, great achievements are possible. Leadership Excellence-Coaching Skills

Coaching and feedback skills for supervisors and managers will provide the most immediate impact of any skill offered. The ability to provide positive reinforcement, deal with poor performance or behavior and work with difficult team members will be valuable for anyone in a leadership position.  Praise, celebrate, cajole and correct like a football coach and achieve tremendous results with your team. Know when to cut a player, when to give them more work or when to let them run with the ball. Be a coach.  Three to nine program hours in any format.

Dealing With Difficult Team Members

Each organization has at least one individual that is not on the same page as everyone else or someone who is disruptive to the working environment. Dealing effectively with the most common difficult team member problems including a don't care attitude, gossiping, tardiness, detachment and back-stabbing are covered in this class.  Three to six program hours in any format.
