Brief Biography:
Phillip Hollon is a very enthusiastic, vibrant and dedicated instructor for Soaring Eagle Enterprises. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from Colorado State University, Fort Collins. After graduation Phillip relocated to Chicago, Illinois and developed an extensive background in Customer Service, Training and Development, Labor Relations and Compensation and Benefits.
Phillip moved to Las Vegas in 1996 and continued to develop his knowledge and skills in the field of Human Resources. He is certified by the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Phillip is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
Phillip has more than 18 years of management and supervisory experience. He is very involved with non-profit agencies and is a Trustee and Executive Board Member for a non-profit corporation. Phillip enjoys interacting with city, county and state officials on community issues.
Phillip enjoys traveling extensively and has visited 5 of the 7 continents. He enjoys meeting people and making new friends.
