Michelle
Caldwell
Michelle M. Caldwell,
is a trainer
and facilitator specializing in human and business development for over 10
years. Michelle possesses energy, passion, and a fundamental commitment
to human values. Her strength lies in empowering people to succeed, both
personally and corporately through one-on-one consulting, leadership
development, and executive coaching. Her personalized, interactive
seminars focus on helping people discover invaluable insights into their
lives allowing them to acquire a deeper understanding of themselves and
others.
Michelle has
worked with fortune 500 companies, private industries, and non-profit
organizations. She uses state-of-the-art assessments to build a
customized plan with goals and defined action steps that fit the needs of
any company. She specializes in teambuilding, executive and personal
coaching, interpersonal skills building, conflict resolution, and the
hiring and retention of employees.
Michelle has a Bachelors
of Art Degree in Business Management and Organizational Design; is Board
Certified in Leadership Development and Succession Planning through the
Institute for Personality and Ability Testing (IPAT); trained and
certified as a Motive Trainer using “The Color Code” by Taylor Hartman,
PhD.; and is currently pursuing her degree in Marriage and Family
Therapy.
Michelle currently sits
on the Board of Directors for the Rape Crisis of Southern Nevada and the
Churchwright Multicultural Center of Las Vegas.
Michelle is originally
from Washington State and lived in Colorado and Texas before moving to Las
Vegas in 2001. Michelle and her wonderful husband Joe, enjoy the great
outdoors and try to fit into their very busy professional lives scuba
diving and golfing.
