As a never ending seeker of knowledge, Joan Bucklew brings her passion for personal and professional growth to Soaring Eagle Enterprises. 

Joan completed her undergraduate degree in Economics at the University of Arizona and her graduate degree in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix.  Joan worked for the Sheraton Corporation for fourteen years with a focus on food and beverage that culminated with experiences from Restaurant Supervisor to Banquet Assistant Manager to Convention Sales and Service Manger for groups up to 3,000 guests.  Joan continued her food and beverage service career by developing, owning, and operating two restaurants in Southern Arizona were she is from originally. 

After moving to Las Vegas five years ago with her husband and two children, Joan has completed her fourth marathon (including the Boston Marathon), six half marathon, a half ironman triathlon, and her Masters Degree in Teaching from Sierra Nevada College.
