Responsible for maintaining standards.  Responsible for creating a pathway for the industry.  Responsibility for giving back to our community.

We are proud of our association to the professional development community through our membership in the leading training and educational organizations in the nation.  Those organizations include the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET) among others.

These organizations are widely recognized as the standard bearers for the professional development community.  Not only are we a part of these organizations, we have played a major role in creating professional standards, testing and certifications for them.  We have held local and national office in them. 

In addition to our involvement with professional organizations, we also give generously to many charitable organizations including the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, Nevada Future Business Leaders, Compassion International and the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
