The one constant at work and in our lives is change. Everything and everyone changes. Sometimes it appears that the world is in a constant state of flux. Dealing with Change provides the skills needed to accept and embrace change and work successfully in a changing environment. Beginning with understanding the reasons for change, this program guides participants through the typical change cycle and how people stress, cope and eventually adapt and perform.
Dealing with Change will also utilize a unique approach to assist in guiding others through change and how to minimize the impact of changing events on team members. Reducing the loss of productivity, stress and anxiety are covered in detail. This program deals directly with the reasons that people resist and struggle with change and how to overcome those obstacles. The program also connects participants to their role in change and how to exercise more influence and control in changing environments.
With all of the changes in the modern working world, Dealing with Change is an important set of skills and competencies for people in all types of companies and organizations.
