Leadership Theories and Practices is an important finishing piece in leadership development. The program examines leadership theories and thoughts throughout the ages and includes sections about 7 Habits, Situational Leadership, X/Y Theory, Trait Based Theory and others. The most important baseline of this program is that there is no magic answer, quote or set of thoughts on leadership and leaders must utilize skills and competencies from a variety of sources to be effective.

The program continues by connecting and reconnecting participants back to the Ten Commandments of Effective Leadership and reviewing effective leadership practices as a whole and not as single skill sets. Leadership Theories and Practices will also contrast some effective and poor leadership practices.

Leadership Theories and Practices is a great summary and compilation of leadership skills for supervisors, managers and executives.
