Leadership Excellence Programs

A successful leader is in tune with his or her style and understands that their style as a leader is dependent upon a great many factors.  The individual personality of the leader, the organization’s culture, the needs of the group being led and the organization’s objectives will contribute to overall leadership style.  Leadership Style and Self-Awareness will examine these factors and how style is often adapted to various circumstances.

Successful leaders must understand themselves before they can understand their team members and apply the appropriate leadership style. They must recognize their strengths, weaknesses, communication style, tendencies and values, and must be willing to continuously reflect on their behavior and remain open to change. Leadership Style and Self-Awareness will also study Johari’s Window to provide a comprehensive model for
understanding that make the most of untapped potential in all leaders. Leaders must be aware of the image they project and how others perceive them.  A leader’s ability to adjust his or her individual style and identify “blind spots” is critical to success.
