Leadership Excellence Programs

Personal power is a necessary element of leadership success at all levels and Personal Power and Personality explore the five types of leadership power and how to correctly utilize each.  When overused, a power type becomes a liability and creates a gap between leadership and followership.  When a power type is underused there is team performance potential that is not being tapped.  Transitioning to a more balanced power approach is an important segment and challenges leaders in areas of personal comfort.

Personal Power and Personality also will examine the unique personality of each leader and how to capitalize on those traits and minimize any alienating quirks.  The personality of the leader can be an amazing source of loyalty or an amazing source of undermining.  This section of the program will also work to enhance the use of personality as a leadership skill.

The skills in Personal Power and Personality are an important addition for any leader to get the most from their team.
