Building upon the core skills from Leadership Excellence 1, Leadership Excellence 2 extends leadership skills into a more refined and focused set of competencies. This program will further guide leaders through common situations and provide the tools needed to advance their organizations to the next level and work through some challenges faced by managers and leaders.

A critical focus within Leadership Excellence 2 is the style and presentation of the leader. This series works extensively with the elements of image and how a leader's translates to results and credibility. A successful manager is much more than the best technician. Successful leaders and managers actively work on their approach and how others perceive them.

With highly impactful competencies and skills, Leadership Excellence 2 will produce great results and success in a management team. Real skills that translate into real performance.

In its standard format, Leadership Excellence 2 contains eight individual learning units. Soaring Eagle Enterprises utilizes a multiple unit, series approach to maximize the skills and to build from one unit to another upon the lessons learned and applied.
