Building upon the core skills from Supervisory Leadership Excellence, Management Leadership Excellence extends leadership skills into a more refined and focused set of competencies. This program will further guide leaders through common situations and provide the tools needed to advance their organizations to the next level and work through some challenges faced by managers and leaders.

A critical focus within Management Leadership Excellence is style and presentation of the leader. This series works extensively with the elements of image and how that image as a leader translates to results and credibility. A successful manager is much more than the best technician. Successful leaders and managers actively work on their approach and how they are perceived by others.

With highly impacting competencies and skills, Management Leadership Excellence will produce great results and success in a management team. Real skills that translate into real performance.

In it's standard format, Management Leadership Excellence contains eight individual learning units. Soaring Eagle Enterprises utilizes a multiple unit, series approach to maximize the skills and to build from one unit to another upon the lessons learned and applied.
