Leadership Excellence Programs

Facilitation Skills is an increasingly valued leadership competency in all levels of management.  At it's core, facilitation is the art and science of getting people, their ideas and their process together at common solution points.  From a leadership perspective it is also about subordinating personal ideas, being open and empowering others.  This program will start with some basic facilitation practices such as issue identification, participation from all, achieving compromise and seeking the best solution.

The program continues with a situational approach to facilitation.  Facilitation Skills will provide a detailed look at the most common applications of facilitation and how to use facilitation in complex business settings.  From team member input to conflict resolution, these skills will be important for the modern working environment.
