Certification Program.The final phase of strategic leadership development is Leadership Excellence 3 .  This program will take leaders from a tactical and operational level into a larger view and strategic focus to lead their organization.  Leadership Excellence 3 will cement a leader with the successful combination of relational skills, visionary guidance, courage, and technical skills.

 

Leadership Excellence 3 is driven by the transformation into strategic success.  Bringing skills and tactics to a much higher level of influence and building an organization for lasting legacy.  The processes engaged in this series will build on skills learned from Supervisory Leadership Excellence and Management Leadership Excellence to produce great success in senior leaders.The 12 Competencies of Effective Leadership

 

In its standard format, Leadership Excellence 3 contains eight individual learning units.  Soaring Eagle Enterprises utilizes a multiple unit, series approach to maximize the skills and to build from one unit to another upon the lessons learned and applied.

  • Each Unit Delivered One to Two Weeks Apart
