Ethics and Integrity is an important program that will assist participants in understanding the complex and often confusing nature of ethical behavior at work.  The primary focus is to develop and use skills to identify ethical dilemmas, provide guidance to the correct, and ethical, course of action and to develop heightened sense of ethical values.

A core piece of Ethics and Integrity is to contrast the difference between personal morality and organizational ethics.  This competency will reduce some of the conflicts associated with misperceptions about ethics and aid participants in judging ethical behavior more accurately.  Using a three tiered approach for ethical judgment is introduced and used as the baseline decision architecture for ethical behavior.

6.  Create personal action plans and strategies to implement the skills and competencies learned.

7.  Review case studies to produce actions that are consistent with the skills and competencies learned.
