Leadership Excellence Programs

Often described as natural or intuitive, Decision Making and Judgment are important leadership traits and skills.  This program will guide participants through a series of triage work to determine the level of decision being made, the potential consequences of the decision and when to seek collaboration and when to make the decision as a leader.  Additionally, the program looks at the pitfalls of delegating decision making upwardly and the appearance of indecisiveness with decision opportunities.  The balance between the right amount of information, being rash and making a decision are also covered in detail.  The final element of this section of the program will be to develop decision making systems that eliminate bottlenecks and greatly reduce micromanagement.

Decision Making and Judgment continues with understanding and working with personal judgment in a leadership role.  Judgment is a very personal skill but can be simplified when a leader is able to detach from personal feelings and emotions and make decisions consistently with the values and needs of an organization.  The program will also cover judgment consequences and impacts that are often unseen and unappreciated.

An absolute must for emerging leaders and executives, Decision Making and Judgment will greatly enhance organizational effectiveness and personal leadership skills.
