Leadership Excellence ProgramsThis Program is Recommended for Keynotes and Speaking Events.Altimeter:  Appropriate Levels and Focus is a hybrid program that combines elements of time management, systems thinking and strategic planning.  One of the most common challenges in modern leadership is not operating and focusing on the appropriate level.  This is caused by a variety of issues including personal comfort at lower levels, being pulled down to lower levels by subordinates or superiors and failure to acknowledge strategic or tactical importance in an organization.

 

This program will work to challenge current practices, beliefs and paradigms about what is important and what is not important.  The challenge continues when you attach the amount of time and energy spent on matters that are not strategically important or do not relate to the overall mission of your organization.  Altimeter:  Appropriate Levels and Focus concludes with understanding how important it is to avoid level overlap and remain at the appropriate view altitude.
