Leadership Excellence Programs

The second half of emotional intelligence, Relationships and External Management, will focus on the projection of your personality and how you interact with others.  In a leadership position, you cannot lead without the support of your followers.  In a more global working environments, you cannot lead without the support of your boss, team members, peers and customers.  This program will examine the needed skills to make sure you have the needed support to execute your plans and objectives and are well thought of in your organization.

 

Relationships and External Management is not about popularity or being the homecoming king or queen but it is about using relationships to maximize effectiveness and organizational influence.  The program also provides the core skills needed to improve empathy, convey interest in others and work in collaborative environments when needed. 

 

The competencies and skills in Relationships and External Management are critical for success in any organization.
