Human Resource Excellence.

Policies and Procedures is an important learning unit that guides participants through needed, desired and effective policies from a human resources perspective.  The required polices related to harassment, time keeping and other legal compliance issues will be covered in detail and recommended policies for maximum organizational effectiveness will also be presented.

 

The second key element of Policies and Procedures will be to learn a consistent and effective writing style that is important for manuals and procedural writing.  In addition, this program will provide some alternative delivery systems to the standard written manual form.  Many successful sample policies and procedures will be provided in this unit.

 

Policies and Procedures is an important unit to maintain proper documentation and consistency in any organization's policies.
