Human Resource Excellence - Performance Measurement and Evaluation

Detailed Description

Close Window

Human Resource Excellence.

Performance Measurement and Evaluation covers two primary areas in human resource management.  First is the creation of reliable and accurate measurement criteria for all team members.  This process requires the skills needed to determine what competencies and functions are important for each team role and how to measure those functions in a statistically accurate and empirically driven manner.  Moving beyond the hard-to-defend world of subjective measurement is a very important part of this unit.

The second key element of Performance Measurement and Evaluation is conducting regular performance reviews with team members and the needed documentation.  When combined with effective leadership coaching, the no surprise principle is engaged and the evaluation process becomes a summary and documentation event.  This part of the program will focus on frequency, evaluation criteria, and the performance meeting with team members.

Performance Measurement and Evaluation provides valuable resources for human resource professionals, supervisors, and managers that will bring out the best in your team's performance.
