Building upon the core skills from Human Resource Professional Excellence, Human Resource Management Excellence extends human resource skills into a more refined and focused set of competencies.

This program will further guide human resource professionals through more advanced levels of human resources, common situations and provide the tools needed to advance their organizations to the next level and work through some challenges faced by human resource professionals, managers, and leaders.

In its standard format, Human Resource Management Excellence contains seven individual learning units. Soaring Eagle Enterprises utilizes a multiple unit, series approach to maximize the skills and to build from one unit to another upon the lessons learned and applied.

Each Unit Delivered One to Two Weeks Apart
