Human Resource Excellence.

Introduction to Human Resources is the entry point for growth and development as a human resource professional.  The program begins with an assessment of what human resources is and what it is not.  Using the cutting edge models of winning organizations and how they capitalize on human resource functions as business partners, the program will develop a clear look on a winning human resource department and successful human resource professionals.

 

The program will also introduce participants to the characteristics of successful human resource departments and the characteristics of successful human resource professionals.  A brief history of human resource evolution will also be presented in Introduction to Human Resources.  As a final element of this program, an overview of legal issues will also be presented.
