Human Resource Excellence - Discrimination Compliance

Detailed Description

Close Window

Human Resource Excellence.

Discrimination Compliance reviews the practical applications and effects of discrimination law and compliance issues as they affect companies and organizations of all types.  The program will first track a little bit of the history of civil rights, discrimination claims, and Title VII of United States code.

With a clear focus on practical applications, Discrimination Compliance also connects discrimination with ADA and harassment issues.   The program will also look at common organizational functions such as hiring, promoting, discipline, and firing to determine where possible claims of discrimination can be prevented.

Discrimination Compliance is not legal advice but a practical look at how discrimination affects many human resource functions and how to prevent possible claims and issues.
