Detailed Description

Close Window

Human Resource Excellence.

Beginning with the core objective of such measures, Disciplinary Actions produces the skills and competencies needed to effectively produce and deliver counseling sessions with team members who do not meet expectations.  The program will focus on the key elements of this process including documentation, the disciplinary meeting and follow-up procedures.

Disciplinary Actions is designed to provide organizations with important information and learning to make discipline events more effective in modifying behavior and completely legally compliant.  Another feature of this program will be to design and develop performance improvement plans for team members.  The program will also look at discipline forms and formats to assist the organization in simplifying the tasks associated with this procedure.

Always necessary but sometimes unpleasant, Disciplinary Actions will take some of the sting out of this process and insure maximum compliance and effectiveness.
