Human Resource Excellence - Compensation and Benefits 1 and 2 Detailed Description
Compensation and Benefits will provide the skills and competencies needed to move beyond just payroll and use benefits and money as real retention and motivation tools for the right people at the right time. The program will also provide compliance information for payroll and common benefit strategies for businesses of all types. With a focus on flexibility and choice, this unit will guide participants to understand how to match benefits to team member need and make benefit allocations truly meaningful, important and relate to the retention of quality team members.
The program includes detailed information on best practices related to compensation and specifically how to deal with overtime, incentive pay, and avoiding overpaying for underperformance. Compensation and Benefits also will demonstrate how to successfully connect monetary compensation with performance of meaningful organizational objectives.
