Human Resource Excellence.HIPPA, Privacy and Immigration Compliance will review the practical approaches, processes, and procedures needed to comply with this difficult, and often conflicting, set of regulations.  The primary focus of this program will be the record keeping, confidentiality and discussion waivers mandated by the Health Insurance Portability and Privacy Act.

 

Beyond just HIPPA issues, HIPPA, Privacy and Immigration Compliance will also review the evolving concerns with team member privacy and disclosure.  Additional work will be performed in relation to immigration concerns from a compliance and potential discrimination perspective.

 

HIPPA, Privacy and Immigration Compliance is not legal advice but a practical look at how these issues affect many human resource functions and how to prevent possible claims and issues.
