Human Resource Excellence.

FMLA and ADA Compliance is an important look at evolving and ever-changing set of regulations that affect every business and operations.  The Family and Medical Leave Act offers some significant challenges to businesses and human resource professionals.  This program will work with qualifications, challenges, and requirements for returning from leave.

The always-changing world of Americans with Disabilities Act is a newly integral part of discrimination compliance with some interesting wrinkles.  FMLA and ADA Compliance will assist you in defining reasonable accommodation and how to work through issues related to drug abuse and other disabilities.

FMLA and ADA Compliance is not legal advice but a practical look at how these issues affect many human resource functions and how to prevent possible claims and issues.
