Coaching for Managing and Avoiding Stress is a personally crafted guide to reduce stress and cope with necessary stress in a more healthy and productive manner.  The focus of this coaching track will be to provide the skills needed to deal with stress through both an avoidance strategy and by using good coping skills.

 

This fully customized program will lead you through a process of identifying the sources of stress, recognizing the outcomes of poorly managed stress and working towards freedom from the pressures and health consequences associated with stress.  It will also provide great insight into stress accountability and work with the spheres of influence and concern.

 

Your Success Partner will guide you through the process of identifying key objectives, implementing an action plan and holding you accountable for your growth and actions.  Together, we will work on behaviors, skills, strategies and approaches to achieve a tremendous level of success.  Our Success Partners are more than just a coach.  We have years of practical experience, advanced training and track record of assisting successful people.
