This purpose differs from the goals and objectives of other aspects of the total compensation. Salary is payment for doing the job; benefits are designed to protect the employee's well-being; short and long-term incentives direct and reward the achievement of specific performance goals. Soaring Eagle Enterprises is pleased to welcome back Ms. Terri Harmon in the role of Vice President and Relationship Director.

Terri brings a wealth of experience and skills to Soaring Eagle including executive level retail management and being a market leader in direct consumer products. She has resided in Southern Nevada for a long time and has a great track record of delivering exceptional service and results.
